What we collect
What you send us through the contact form or by email: name, email, company, phone, budget range, project details. Basic, anonymous site analytics such as pages visited and device type.
Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote and run a project with you. Our legal basis is your request (steps before a contract) and our legitimate interest in running the business.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers we need to run the business, such as email, hosting and analytics. We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted after 24 months. Client records are kept for as long as UK law requires.
