How fast will you reply?

Within 24 hours on working days, usually sooner. Your first reply comes from someone who can discuss the project, not an automated sequence.

What should I include in my enquiry?

A short description of the problem, who will use the software, any deadline and a rough budget range. Rough notes are fine; we will ask follow-up questions.

Is the first call free?

Yes. The first consultation is free and carries no obligation. We will tell you honestly if we are not the right fit.

Can you sign an NDA before we talk?

Yes. Send your NDA with your enquiry, or ask for ours, and we will sign it before you share details.

When will I get a quote?

After a short discovery we send a written scope and fixed quote, usually within one to two weeks of the first call.

How fast can you start?

Most projects start within two weeks of an agreed quote. Urgent support can start the same day.
