Shared boards, shared repos and one channel with the people building your product.

Handover

Full docs, access and training, so your team can run it without us.

Questions

Before you ask.

What happens in discovery?

We run workshops to map your goals, users and systems, then turn them into a written scope, a plan and a fixed quote. It usually takes one to two weeks.

Why two-week sprints?

Each sprint ends with a live demo of working software. You give feedback while change is cheap, and you always know exactly where the project stands.

What if requirements change mid-project?

Change is normal. We estimate each change, agree it with you in writing and adjust the plan. Nothing is added to your bill without your approval.

How involved do I need to be?

Plan for about an hour per sprint for the demo and review, plus quick answers in a shared channel. One decision-maker on your side keeps things moving.

What do I receive at the end?

The source code in your own repository, deployed software, documentation and admin access to every account. Keep us on a support plan or take it in-house.

Who will I work with?

One team covering design, development, testing and DevOps, led by a single project lead. No hand-offs to subcontractors or other agencies.

What support hours do you offer?

Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00 UK time, with faster cover for critical issues on support plans.
